The Foreign Ministry depends on many different IT systems and applications to support their management of services overseas and at home. Systems are maintained and updated in collaboration with several IT employees.
Over time, the ministry has implemented various procedures and there are many platforms and systems that need to be monitored. Therefore, the Foreign Ministry decided to map the internal operational IT processes in collaboration with Globeteam, using the documentation tool ChangeDriver.
